✨ Art for Relaxation & Mindfulness – NEW Schedule! ✨

Take a creative break and reconnect with your inner calm through our Art for Relaxation & Mindfulness series. Each session offers a peaceful space to explore new materials and techniques—no experience needed!

Over the course of the session, we’ll be diving into:

  • Feb 11th - Art from the Heart is a relaxing, heart-centered art class focused on self-care, creativity, and joyful expression. In this session, you’ll create your own heart-themed artwork inspired by the bold colors and playful energy of James Goldcrown, Chris Uphues, Jim Dine, and Romero Britto using layered color, pattern, and personal details.

This class is all about slowing down, letting go, and creating something that feels good—no pressure and no experience needed. Come as you are, take a breath, and leave with a meaningful piece made from the heart 💕

  • Feb 25th- Layered Impressions is a hands-on mixed media class focused on building depth, texture, and visual interest through stencils and stamps. Students will learn how to create layered compositions using alcohol inks, acrylic paint, and chalk to add movement, contrast, and rich surface texture.

This class encourages experimentation and creative play while learning simple techniques that can be used again and again. No experience needed—just come ready to explore, layer, and create a one-of-a-kind painting 🎨

  • March 4th - Gelli Printing is a fun, hands-on printmaking class where you’ll explore color, texture, and layering using a gel plate. Create unique monoprints with acrylic paint, stencils, textures, and everyday materials—no two prints are ever the same.

This process is playful, experimental, and beginner-friendly, making it perfect for anyone looking to loosen up, try something new, and walk away with a stack of beautiful, one-of-a-kind prints 🎨

  • March 11th - Layered Impressions is a creative collage workshop focused on exploring composition, texture, and personal expression. Using a curated mix of papers, images, and materials, students will cut, layer, and arrange elements to create a one-of-a-kind collage.

This workshop encourages experimentation and intuitive design—no experience needed. Come play with paper, discover new ways to combine materials, and leave with a finished piece that tells your own visual story ✂️🎨

  • March 18th - Journal Making Workshop is a hands-on creative class where students will design and create their own journal from start to finish. Participants will hand-sew their journal, then fill it with beautifully layered pages using a variety of papers, textures, and mixed materials.

This workshop is relaxed and exploratory, encouraging creativity, self-expression, and play. No experience needed—just come ready to create a meaningful, one-of-a-kind journal you’ll love to use or gift 📖✨
