5/28 – Catch-Up Week & Open Studio - Wrap up any unfinished projects. If you're already finished, enjoy Open Studio time to create something new and entirely your own!
6/4 – Sea Glass Shadow Boxes -
Design with real sea glass and bring home a stunning layered creation.
6/11 – Mini Beaded Plants:
Use colorful beads to shape petals and leaves—plant them in mini pots for everlasting charm.
6/18 & 6/25 – No Class
7/2 – Mixed Media Non-Objective Art - Explore techniques and materials to create intuitive, abstract artwork.
7/9 & 7/16 – Abstract Sculpture (2-Part Series) - Learn sculpting techniques and build your own expressive 3D form over two sessions.

Art for Relaxation and Mindfulness (age 18+) is perfect for anyone looking to explore and connect with their creative side. Participants will practice various research-based stress-reducing techniques to create art pieces and discover the power of creation for stress management! No previous experience is needed. All levels are welcome. All materials will be provided, and topics will be geared to participants' needs and interests. In each session, participants will leave with art pieces, resources, and information for optional further learning.
