Take a creative break and reconnect with your inner calm through our Art for Relaxation & Mindfulness series. Each session offers a peaceful space to explore new materials and techniques—no experience needed!
August Schedule:
🎨 Aug 13 – Discover Your Personal Color Wheel-Dive into your own relationship with color through playful exploration, mixed media, and guided reflection. A little color theory, a lot of self-expression.

🌻 Aug 27 – Late Summer Art Harvest-Inspired by farmers market fruits, veggies & flowers—follow a mixed media prompt or go your own way!

Art for Relaxation and Mindfulness (age 18+) is perfect for anyone looking to explore and connect with their creative side. Participants will practice various research-based stress-reducing techniques to create art pieces and discover the power of creation for stress management! No previous experience is needed. All levels are welcome. All materials will be provided, and topics will be geared to participants' needs and interests. In each session, participants will leave with art pieces, resources, and information for optional further learning.
